Mediterranea Quality Food produces pre-baked bases for Pinsa, Pizza and Sandwiches, available at room temperature (shelf life of 3 months), frozen (shelf life of 15 months) and frozen to fresh/ambient (shelf life of 15 months and 60 days after thawing, whether in the fridge or at room temperature). We supply both the HoReCa sector and the Retail sector and specialise in Private Label products.
All our bases are handmade using an innovative method involving natural fermentation for over 60 hours. Each piece is prepared and shaped by hand by our experts, and the high hydration of the dough makes the product much easier to digest. Our products are stone-baked and made with sourdough.
