Dalla Costa Alimentare is an Italian family-run company producing pasta for three generations since 1898. We specialize in bronze-die pasta, combining Italian tradition with continuous research into innovative shapes and flavors. Our range includes over 100 pasta shapes—traditional, fun shapes for kids and for special events —made with 30 different types of flours and 19 natural flavorings. We use only 100% Italian durum wheat semolina and carefully selected natural ingredients. Production is divided into two separate departments: traditional and gluten-free. Our certifications include BRCGS, IFS, Organic, Baby Food, Kosher and Vegan.
