Argiolas Formaggi has been producing sheep and goat cheeses for over 70 years. For us, quality is first and foremost about values, such as respect for tradition, technological innovation, focus on research, and commitment to environmental sustainability. Our product range includes young and aged sheep cheeses, young and aged goat cheeses, cheese spreads, grated sheep and goat cheeses, bloomy rind goat cheeses and PDO cheeses, such as Pecorino Sardo Maturo (PDO), Pecorino Sardo Dolce (PDO) and Pecorino Romano (PDO). Argiolas Formaggi is also certified BRC, IFS and Halal Italia. Our organic productions are ICEA certified.
