Pane Guttiau - crispy flatbread with olive oil and salt

Pane Guttiau is very similar to Pane Carasau, but Guttiau is brushed with olive oil and sprinkled with sea salt, then eaten as a snack. It is also commonly served with salami and cheese. The name guttiau derives from the Sardinian language and means "dripped". Here some recipes with it: Pane Guttiau and Spritz or wine: Break Pane Guttiau into smaller pieces and taste it with a refreshing glass of Spritz or wine. Crostini with cherry tomatoes: Place the Pane Guttiau sheets on a baking tray and cook for a few minutes in the oven at 180°. Remove the bread from the oven, break it up and season it with chopped cherry tomatoes (also oregano and mozzarella as desired).
