Pasta d'Alba is a family-run artisan pasta maker in the heart of the Langhe, northern Italy. We produce high-quality organic pasta in two dedicated facilities: one for traditional, whole grain, and vegetable-enriched recipes, and one fully certified for gluten-free production. Our range also includes special pasta for baby food. We are certified Organic, IFS, and Kosher. Thanks to our flexibility, we offer customized solutions and private label production.
