Since 1827, we have been growing basil in Genova Pra’ in our Serre sul Mare, and since 2003, we have combined the production of fresh Genovese Pesto, strictly following the traditional recipe and respecting the highest quality standards, combining them with sustainability and uniqueness. In addition to fresh Pesto, we also produce walnut sauce and Pesto Rosso; all our sauces can be either fresh (0-4°) or frozen (-18°), in packages suitable for both Retail and Ho.Re.Ca
